On December 25th and 26th our customer service provides operator monitoring for potential server and network problems.

Domain registration and web hosting management issues are expected to be answered the earlyest on January 2th of 2024 (Thursday), after December 22th 2023 (Tuesday). Thank you for your kind understanding!

We are recommending to check their domain names which one is near to the expire date in the Client account, with particular reference to expiration date for hosting packages. Please care for extensions and sufficient amount of credit to be available if it is necessary to ensure that the important services can run smoothly.
